• Vice President of the New Israel Fund, one of the largest funders of far-left NGOs in Israel.[1]
• Signed a full-page ad in Haaretz newspaper thanking Ben & Jerry’s for its decision to boycott Judea and Samaria.[2]
• Signed a petition in support of artists who refused to perform in the city of Ariel because of its location in Samaria. Sternhell and the other signatories also stated their intention to boycott Jewish communities in Judea & Samaria: “We will not take part in any kind of cultural activity beyond the Green Line, take part in discussions and seminars, or lecture in any kind of academic setting in these settlements.”[3]
