Haim Weiss

• In response to violent Gaza border riots in which terrorist tried to breach the fence and enter Israel, Weiss called on IDF soldiers to refuse to carry out orders.[1]
• Worked to cancel a show by Israel’s national theater, Habima, in Kiryat Arba because of its location in Judea & Samaria. He posted the phone numbers of senior Habima workers and urged people to contact them and demand that the show be cancelled.[2] He stated that the show would be a “legitimization to the settlement enterprise in general and specifically to the most extreme and violent among them.”[3]
• Signed a petition to boycott Ariel University because of its location in Judea & Samaria.[4]
• Signed a petition accusing Israel of harming the academic freedom of Palestinians. The petition was then used by a pro-boycott organization to “vindicate[e]…its campaign for the institutional boycott of the Israeli academy.”[5]
• Signed a petition against adding the Ariel University to the Israel Council for Higher Education.[6]
• Signed a petition in support of the anti-Zionist organization “Breaking the Silence.”[7]
